Different Default Background Color?

I read a lot of .PDF documents and they normally have glaringly white backgrounds, naturally.

This is terrible on the eyes.

Is there a way to change the default background color from white to a more visually ergonomic color in FoxIt?

Go to "Edit" menu then choose "preference" and "document colors". I think that may be what you need.
