View Full Version : tab order

When you have an out of range value entered into a form Foxit notifies you that your value is out of range. However, it then tabs you to the next tab placement instead of returning you to the value that you listed out of range. In Adobe you are notified about the out of range value and then returned to the value for an appropriate response.

Any ideas?

Dear Joey,
Please try installing the JS addon. If it still does not work, a sample file is appreciated.

I already have that download and I do not think this is a JS issue. If you will notice in the attachment the range is 0 to 2 for the 3 items. If you put in an out of range value in item 1 Foxit will tell you that it is out of range and what the range is. However, when you hit ok it takes you to the next item in the tab order instead of returning you to the item you entered out of range. For example, try entering 9 into item 1 and notice that when you get the opportunity to enter a correct value your cursor is in item 2. In Adobe you will be returned to Item 1 for an in range value.

Thanks,

Joey
