When I read long novels in full screen mode (Alt+2) adjusted to width (Ctrl+), this small icon to exit the full screen mode annoys me. I would like to know is there any method to get rid of it, so that I can read the pdf uninterruptedly. Thanks!

I'm sorry there's no method for removing it. But you can drag and drop it to the border of your screen, then it's not so annoying.

Hi,

I just discovered Foxit Reader,
because I've searched for a two-page displaying full screen mode
in the other pdf viewers.

1) Is it possible to automatically remove the unused space of the borders
to some % amount to get bigger contents?

2) How can one remove the 4-arrow button in full screen mode?

3) How can I remove the (not needed) scollbar in full screen mode?

Thanks for sharing this great product!
Andreas

There seems to be a bug that you can use to make the annoying full screen icon disappear. Just try this: Open a PDF, and enable full screen. Now try to move the full screen icon as much as you can to the upper border of the screen. Close the PDF and open it again. Now repeat the last steps. Now it seems that the icon wandered a little bit up. Repeat these steps till the icon wandered so far up that you cannot see it anymore. :1_18:

"Open a PDF, and enable full screen. Now try to move the full screen icon as much as you can to the upper border of the screen. "

Yes that's all. I did it and the icon dissappears.
I didn't need to close and open the file again.

I hope that this is a bug that they won't fix! :1_01:

When you drag the exit full screen button, please drag the outer edge of the button.
If you try to click on the center part of the button and try to drag it, you will not be able to move the button.
We have already recognized that this is not obvious to most users.
And we will improve this in future versions.

Wouldn't it be better if that button didn't exist at all?

It doesn't make any sense to me... I've never seen that in any other app that has a full screen mode. Imagine something like that when watching a movie...

One can always exit by "Esc" or by the R-click menu. These two options are pretty logical and I'm sure most users know about them or would find out about them when needed.
