Are there Plans to localize the Reader in different languages?
As I'm from Germany I could provide the translation for the german version.

Thanks for your kind offer. The reason why Foxit do not carry out localization feature so far is because we are still heavily developing our PDF tools to make them even better and satisfatory, we are making changes to them almost everyday. Once we finalize them, we will surely carry out the localization project. By then, a special column of localization will be established on our website to seek professional translation help from all over the world. (We will surely get back to you then.:-))

BTW, we have received many translation volunteers offering their help to render our software into different languages free of charge. Foxit Team would like to take this opportunity to thank you all! With all your generous support and help, Foxit would be even better without doubt!

Nice to hear. I like to hear that so much devolpment is going on, it gives me the feeling your software will get the attention it needs to fully replace the acrobat reader in the near future. I'm waiting for the localiization project, hope I can help you to keep up and soon deliver your software for german people;-)
