gives error when open pdf with non-english character file name

I checked Foxit Reader build 0701 gives error when open PDF files with "non-english character" file name.

any fixes? ...

basically go to any of the sites below copy and paste some text off the web page and use as file name.

actually I tried with acrobat reader that won't open neither... so don't worry too much... :1_07:
