BUG: page is cut off at the border of page

I recently scanned several pages and modified them using Photoshop, saving them as PDF files. I then tried viewing them using Foxit 1.3 build 0913. The page showing with Foxit is not complete. The page is cut off so only a portion of the page is shown. I viewed the same page in Photoshop without this problem. I am not sure if this can be correted. Any input would be appreciated.

left side is shown in Photoshop and right side in Foxit. I don't know about Acrobat. I have currently no Acrobat.

Your attachment looks identical in Foxit and Adobe (v4.05!), and as per your right hand shot above.

Photoshop is not a PDF reader but a graphics editor package, and the PDF export you have done clearly does not include the images. This has nothing to do with Foxit and is just how you have set up Photoshop for PDF export.
