The file size is only 666kb, but Foxit PDF generated a spooler with size more than 7MB, and it took way too long to print this file. Please see the attached file.

This is a known problem and developers are working on it :)

According to my experiences, Adobe's Reader is even more prodigal... ;)

But Adobe's Reader will print the file instantly. Foxit took way too long for printing a single page. I don't dare to print any documents in my office because other people complain about the printer being slow. I think it is a very critical issue. Other than that, Foxit is super!

TRS11.pdf took just under three seconds to print for me. That is a bit longer than normal. A two page document might usually take one second to print. However, the two page document that I tested is only 31 kb, while the one you posted is 666 kb for a two page document. Maybe that is why?

Are you using a local printer or a network printer? I am using a network printer. I also tried the file you attached, the spooling size is 8.5MB, and I didn't dare to finish the print job because people would complain.

I am currently using a local printer. I guess we'll have to wait for an expert. But I'd guess that there might be some issue with the computer or printer setup that you're using. I occasionally print up to 35 page documents on a network printer with no unusual delays.

Tried it at home with my network printer: spooling size was 2.2 MB
