Sorry, there is no such feature in foxit reader right now.

Yes, I also need this. It's very cumbersome and inefficient to try to find annotations in a long document without a list of links for them in the sidebar. There should be a very simple option for this under the View menu -- just like View | Bookmarks.

Well, maybe I'll try Foxit again when the next big version is released.
