Problem: Arrange Toolbars upright

FoxIt Reader build 1111: i prefer the layout of the toolbars to be on the left margin in a upright position, so i have more space on screen for reading ebooks. It looks like this:

But when i minimize FoxIt Reader to Taskbar and then maximize again, it happens following:

The Toolsbars apparently arrange itself back to horizontal in a way...
Can anyone reproduce that?
