IDEA let the reader support plugins

Could the reader be developed to support plugins like electronic dictionaries?
that will be much helpful and convenient ,and the reader will be perfict.

Do you mean plugin like Chinese Kingsoft?
A quick alternative is use Foxit Reader Pro, go to the text view mode, then you can start using it immediately.
