Dear Foxit users,

We are now working to solve the print bugs, including portrait/landsape print mode, slow print speed, print settings, etc. However, we need your help to send us feedback of your printer info. Pls help to download the small program (220K) by following the link below, run it and send us back the printer info result(just copy out the text you get).

http://www.foxitsoftware.com/tools/Getprinterinfo.exe

Pls send your printer info to support@foxitsoftware.com with your detailed problem description.

Foxit Reader plan to release a new version by the end of this month with all major problems reported fixed.

Thank you!

If no printer problems are being experienced, do you still want this to be done?

FoxitReader v. 1.3b 1130
XP sp2

I have 3 printers:
1) HP 5P laser
2) HP 5550 deskjet
3) Epson C1100

Images are printed upside down only with HP 5P.
But when I choose the Graphic mode in the Advanced options "Raster" in stead of "HP-GL/2" (see attachment), all works fine.

Printer that you select is " HP LaserJet 5P ".
