When I in IE open a PDF document and it's open inside IE and you want to save it to your harddisk then nothing is sayed allthough it seems so.
You are able to choose path and file name etc. but the document is actually NOT saved!

You can the system to pop up a notice before open it?
Open "my computer", go to toolbar, choose, Tool->Folder option->File type->Advance, then check on the item of "confirm before open".

Its NOT a problem to OPEN the PDF file in Internet Explorer it is a problem to save it when it is opened in Foxit Reader Pro inside Internet explorer.
I know I can download the file directly or open it outside Internet Explorer.
But when it is opened in IE and you try to save the PDF to your local harddisk, the save operation is not succeed. You do not get an error message. The file is just not saved as it should be.

I have found a PDF which cannot be displayed correctly in Foxit Pro 1.3 B1209.

There is a picture in the PDF which is not displayed at all, it will be in Adobe.

I have attached the PDF file.

Best regards
