Problem Opening PDF files

I am experiencing problems opening my PDF files with Foxit PDF reader.

Sometimes, by double-clicking on it, the PDF will be opened and yet at times, it does not. However, when i check the task manager, I can see the foxitereader.exe process up and running but I just do not see the PDF files. Does anyway face the same problem as well?

I am currently using v1.3 Beta Build 0807
