Installation Error (OSVer=-1)

I am attempting to install the PDF creator on a windows 2003 machine and am receiving the following error during install:

"Sorry, an error occurred when installing Foxit PDF Creator(OSVer=-1)"

Even though the machine is a win2k3 server I use this machine as a desktop for testing in a lab. Hopefully this can be worked around as I'm really looking for an alternate PDF creator.

By setting the OS compatibility to Windows XP on the installer EXE I was able to install the creator and it functions fine now.

creator currently supports xp and 2000 only
