With Adobe Reader, you can link to a specific page in a PDF file, for example:
http://www.mydomain.com/myPDF.pdf#page=7
This doesn't work for me. I'm using Foxit Reader 2.0 and IE 7. Clicking on a link like the above will just open the PDF to the first page.
