Foxit Reader 2.0 updates will not install

I downloaded Foxit Reader 2.0 plus the 5 free updates, but I cannot install any of the updates. When I try "Check for updates now..." the "checking for updates" box comes up, then "failed to download file." I tried "Install update," clicked on the update file, but the "fail to install" box came up. I tried unzipping the update and manually moving the files to the program files\foxit software\foxit reader, but that made no difference either. The foreign languages came up as question marks.

Any ideas?

Are you logged on as administrator and do you have rights for writing new files into that folder?
