Cut-Off Font Printing Problem

I'm having a problem where foxit will now print (it didn't in the last version), but it will cut off the bottom of any letter which falls below the baseline of the line of text. This includes p,g,y, etc. I'm using version 1414 and printing on a Konica-Minolta magicolor 2450.

Please go to Control Panel->Faxes and Printers and rightclick your printer. Go to "properties"->"Port" and change it to "File". Print one page of the sample pdf file, and you will get a raw printer file. please send it and the sample file to me.
