password protected PDF file gibberish

When I open the file in Adobe it looks a reads fine. When I open it in Foxit all that shows up is gibberish in the bookmarks and the document.

just to report that I have the same issue: v 2.0 b1316 was able to open password protected documents, but the latest (b1414) fails, showing a white page.
