Problem with fonts in 1.4

Hi,
I have still problem with EASTEUROPE imports fonts.

System Windows XP Pro, Czech version, CPU i3.2G TH / 2G RAM
1. Open PDF Editor 1.4 (and latest fpdfcjk.bin)
2. New document
3. New Text object
4. Object atributes -> import font
5. Select Arial, 10, EASTEUROPE
6. write some national characters "ščřžýáíéě"
7. Wrong result no text shown see the attanments

One more question.
In version 1.4 does not work my licence for PDFEditor. Why? There is no information on your web about upgrade/upgrade price
