Bug: Chinese Support (with build 1413)

I have placed FPDFCJK.BIN in my Foxit Reader folder,
but there are still some problems in displaying Chinese documents.

I can read the attachments just fine :1_18:

I found that attachments looks fine in
CHINESE version WinXP,
but the problem occurs in
ENGLISH version WinXP and Win2K3.

We tested your sample files under English OS and foud it ok.
This problem might be with your pc's configuration.
