Do the foxit reader SDK support annotation function??

If you simply want to display annotation, then yes, you can use our SDK to display a PDF with annotation turned on or off.
However, if you want to access or manipulate the annotation, then the current DLL or ActiveX don't support this feature.
However, we have a new ActiveX under development which will support this.
