Hi,
I have been supplied with a PDF form for completing my teaching reports and, so that I can save as well as print, I have installed Foxit Reader.
It is working well except for one thing... it prints the arrow of a drop-down box.
Is there a way round this?
Thanks,
Kroma

If you don't like the arrow of a drop-down box,you can drag the frame of it to a propable possition.

Would you please send me a sample file for testing? If it is private, please send to support@foxitsoftware.com. We will keep it confidential and delete it after testing. Thank you.

I am very interested in the answer to this question as well. I would really like to be able to make those arrows un-printable.

And simply reducing the width of the field is an unacceptable solution.

Of the 470+ views of this thread, have any of them been by a Moderator or other qualified representative of Foxit? If yes, it would be reassuring, if not helpful, if you would make a brief comment. If no, then perhaps a Moderator or other qualified representative of Foxit should read this thread since over 400 other folks have, perhaps because they too wish for a reply/fix.
Thank you. :-)

Hello JHH-RLC,
If you would like a speedier reply, please e-mail support@foxitsoftware.com
There are a huge amount of users that view the forums and not all the moderators are qualified to answer technical questions. You will get an answer with Support. Send them an example of a file. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks for making the suggestion :-)
However, I have a ticket in now for a separate issue that I submitted on 9 October 2007. So far I have no basis for comparison between emailing support and posting hereon since I have not received a solution as a result of either one. :-(
I will continue to wait. Sadly, I have an outstanding ticket that is more than six months old back from an issue I had with 1.x. I am not confident in the "email support" procedure. I have found better solutions by positing a question on the forums. No sweat, have a nice day. :-)
