RFE: Activate "Collate" as default

Hi,

It would be nice if Foxit Reader selected Collate by default.

Otherwise you end up sorting the print - or re-printing it.

A setting would be fine too.

There have been multiple requests for saving the print settings, but to no avail so far. You can use the Forum Search (http://foxitsoftware.com/bbs/search.php) if you want to avoid creating multiple topics on the same subject.
