pdf prints ok using postscript driver but not ok with pcl6 driver

the attached file prints 'ok' (all the lower case y's look funny but are readable) using a postscript driver for our hp 4200 but it is way messed up (ie. the graphics don't print or are smeared down the page') when we use a pcl6 driver.

i am using build 1413 of foxit reader on win2k but have also tried it on winxp with similar results.
