Reader 2.0 Build 1516 crashes on Windows 2003 SP 2

Hello,

MS released SP 2 for Windows 2003 very recently, installation of foxit reader 2.0 build 1516 went fine, but whenever I try to open foxit reader, nothing happens:

The following error can be found in the Windows event log:

Faulting application Foxit Reader.exe, version 2.0.2007.1516, faulting module Foxit Reader.exe, version 2.0.2007.1516, fault address 0x00015033.

Is it a bug?

We tested it in Windows2003 sp2, but couldn't reproduce it. Is it file-related?

Hi, sorry for my late reply.

Just upgraded to build 1606 and I get the same behaviour:

Faulting application Foxit Reader.exe, version 2.0.2007.1606, faulting module Foxit Reader.exe, version 2.0.2007.1606, fault address 0x00015113.

Don't think it is file related as I just try to open the subversion manual. Other pdf files crash as well.
With sysinternals process explorer, I can see the program starting, but it crashes within less than a second. Visually, nothing happens.

I do have to note that I'm running it in a virtual machine (Vmware workstation 5.5.3).
