I presume when these announcements are made, foxit is already updated on main download page? Maybe provide a link to the download page so users know for sure that is the updated version and not the internal versions you used to have. :)

Yes, i've just updated Foxit from
Menu > Help > Check for updates now... :1_01:

Wonder why the italian translation is still so poor, incomplete
and outdated, since i've made it at least 1 month ago :1_07:

This is an ongoing problem with the last few builds
and others users have noted that the option
is not clearly defined. BTW, I am using a CRT
monitor and can't see why I should have to optimize
for an LCD screen to get proper looking fonts.

I install each new build, find the problem remains,
and reinstall Build 0930 which didn't have this problem.

build 930 was my latest since month - i am using 1115 for now some weeks but not regularly.

but i found another bug - the squiggly tool let foxit freeze in some cases.

Hey William,

The "toolbar customization is reset to default after foxit is used in browser [IE7]" bug is still there in this build.

The prog stores the toolbar settings in this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\DockState_PRO

When the program is only used as standalone, everything is fine, toolbar customization is remembered after closing / reopening Foxit.

But as soon as a PDF is opened in a browser (IE7, etc...), then this key is reset to default.

So we need to recustomize the toolbar each time after using Foxit embedded in browser.

Please by all means fix this bug. A few lines of code i hope!

ps: is it worth reporting this bug each and every new releases, it's like the 5th time i reported it and have never heard back from the Foxit coder or anyone else for that matter.. :/

What about remembering print settings?
What about remembering toolbar customization after a PDF is opened in a browser ?
What about Print from command-line / right click print command?
What about the option to print different pages i.e. a field in the print interface to input "1-3,6,8"?
What about the option to disable IE browser integration?

Most of these items have been promised multiple times over the last two or so years, but the promises have never actually been kept.

WHEN the hebrew languge will be availble?The language packs are not maintaind by the developers, but by voluntary contributors that are native speakers of the respective languages.

So if you want to have a Hebrew language pack, you will have to find somebody to do it for you - or create one on your own and submit it to the Language Pack forum (http://foxitsoftware.com/bbs/forumdisplay.php?f=9).
