To promote foxitreader, you can place such a button on your own homepage and link it to www.foxitsoftware.com

Maybe "pdf" should be bold because that's it what it's all about. And "Get the free" should be better visible by using another (darker?) blue color.
Just my 2 ct. Anyway very good work.

Arthur, could you please put these buttons on the www.foxitsoftware.com homepage? Perhaps in a category named "Promote foxitreader!" or something like that.
So users will find buttons directly, because not everybody takes a look into the forums.
=> We'll get more users if you do that. :)
BTW: Foxitsoftware should try to create a corporate design for the whole page - that would look much more professional.
Look here: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php (green colors) that is a different design then on the main page (blue colors)

Great work.
There has been a poll a while ago about the new icon for foxitreader (2.0 series)
Perhaps you can make a button with the new colorscheme/icon.
sorry, cant find the link to those images atm
If someone is in a really creative mood why not fomulate a standard email than can be send to webmaster to include the new icon on their website? :1_13:

I made this topic sticky as long as there's no foxitreader button on the main homepage

would be nice if you had a "get foxit reader" button. Just a suggestion but somewhere you could actually download the 'free' reader sounds great to me. Check your site. I cant find the download,, and I spend all day browsing confusing and misleading sites that offer 'free' software.
no flame :) honest,, PS.. why do I keep having to login every time I do ,,.,,anything,,. in the forums ,,
forget that PS ,, seems ok now. ?? ?? ??

All my reference letters available at my website are in PDF format. I want to advice people to get Foxit in order to be able to view them. However, since I couldn't find any official "promote us" secion, I'm using the link button in your brochure (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/company/brochure.htm) page. Whenever you have an official set of link buttons, please tell me so I can update.
God bless you!

hi Ocetalo,
The icon you get on the brochure page is the official one. The icon is also on our front page, in the product guideline section. Thanks for your nice support:1_13:

Any chance of cutting the height in half. Just saying Get Foxit Editor or something at about 15 pixels high? 94 x 15 pixels would be perfect and I'd slap it into all my signatures. Preferably with a little logo in orange to the left and get Foxit Reader to the right in white. It'd be awesome and I'd share it everywhere I could.
