garbled character in typewriter and note tool

Hi,

When I use typewriter and note tool, the Japanese characters are garbled.
Attach files are snapshot of this.
screen1 shows typewriter and note tool both garbled, screen2 shows note is not garbled when focus note.

I use foxit reader ver.2.0 build 1606
