Crash on Ctrl+C (Foxit Reader 2.2)

Foxit Reader 2.2 may crash on Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4 (possibly also other operating systems) on tap of Ctrl+C when the "Select Text" tool is used and no selection is made and a PDF page has been clicked at least once after the "Select Text" tool is selected.

Yep, you're right. I can reproduce this on W2K SP4 and Windows XP proff SP2 (both Dutch versions).
