Crash of Foxit Reader 2.2 Internet Explorer Plugin when loading PDF is stopped

On Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4 and Internet Explorer 6 with SP1 (possibly other versions also),when a PDF file that is not cached is attempted to be viewed in Internet Explorer and PDF file loads, Foxit Reader 2.2 may crash on stoping the action (clicking "Stop" button tapping "Esc", or browsing another link).
