Hyperlinks not displayed correctly

The hyperlinks are covered with a black strip.

In Adobe reader the text shows up fine.

The document was produced with Crystal Reports -> save as PDF. All the documents created this way seem to have the problem with the hyperlink. Our company uses thousands Crystal Reports saved as PDF with hyperlinks and I would like to promote your PDF reader but that's a show stopper.

Any chance to have that fixed ?
