While completing my taxes on TurboTax, I went to the print forms field where it said I needed Adobe 5.0 or higher. I had to download and install it because the documents would not load up with Foxit so I could print it. I am using verson 1.3 build 0104. I cannot provide a link to this page as it has personal information.

FYI, what it says is Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Acrobat is the program. Adobe is the company that makes/owns it.
But the same thing happened to me. A pretty big issue I think.

Build 0104 is very out-dated. Pls try our latest version V 1.3 Build 1621.
If this problem persist, pls kindly send your sample file to support@foxitsoftware.com so that we could look into this issue and get back to you with fix asap. We will keep your file strictly confidential and for internal testing only. Without the sample file, we surely could not help.

I updated to 1621 but it still says Acrobat Reader isn't installed. Would it help to send you the java script on the page?
Or maybe you can try to print a return yourself without actually filing it.

I tried this. When I got up to printing the return, Foxit opened and displayed the potential printout. I didn't go beyond that point.
Do you have a default PDF reader defined?

No, I don't. I used to have Acrobat installed, but not now. But all my PDF's auto open Foxit now. I was using IE to access Turbo Tax.

Not sure why I said no. What I meant was I personally didn't set any default, but when installing Foxit, it automatically sets it as the default to open with the PDF file type, so yes I have Foxit set as the default.
Is there anything else I can check?

Is there no fix for this? I really need to print it and don't want to have to install Acrobat again.
