Special pagination like in Acrobat?

Hello!

Will it be possible in Foxit Reader to use and see special pagination?
I uploaded here (http://mihd.net/6xlzg5) a pdf-file so you can understand what I mean.
Look at the page numbers with Foxit Reader and then with Adobe Reader.
With Adobe it's possible to change the pagination of certain pages.
