Hello there,
I have many links to PDFs in a very large Excel document, and every time I click on one of these links, Foxit loads with a very strange toolbar setup, and after being closed, crashes, displaying the usual 'Send to Microsoft' dialogue. I have attached a screengrab of the way the window looks when it opens from a link.
When I open the same file from the Windows explorer, Foxit loads with the saved toolbar setup, and does not crash upon exiting.
Thanks for your help,
Darren
PS. I am running Microsoft Office 2007 with Windows XP Pro, and Foxit 2.2.

Hi Elisha,
What would you like me to send you? I can do screen captures, but basically if you have Microsoft Excel (I checked, and both 2007 and 2003 exhibit the same behaviour), put a value in a cell, then right-click on it, and add a hyperlink to a PDF. When you click on the link, and open the file, Foxit will open with the strange toolbar problem, and crash after you close it.
This problem occurs regardless of what PDF you open, because I've tried it with PDFs downloaded from the Internet.
If you need something, I can send you a PDF and an Excel file.

The same is true for Excel 97 under Windows 2000. Remedy: go back to Foxit 2.1 Build 2023.
