The new version resolves the problem that under SPS2003 for 32-bit Windows, PDF documents cannot be indexed.
Please help to get it from the following link:
http://downloads.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/ifilter/Foxit_PDF_IFilter_32.msi
If your are not using SPS2003 for 32-bit Windows and your old version of Foxit IFilter is already working, you don't need to upgrade to this version.
