View Full Version : (Bug) Printing Problem

I don't know if this is a bug or something else is causing it, but yesterday I received an email with a four page .pdf attachment, made up in four separate pieces of correspondence (letters of one page each). I told Firefox to open it with Foxit (2.2) which it did, and it looked fine. When I attempted to print the document, it would send 3 pages to the printer then freeze. I tried repeatedly and got the same response every time. Then I decided to try to print each page separately. The first three pages printed fine, but when I tried to print the fourth page, it would freeze and not send it to the printer. I am using an HP C4150 All-in-one printer.
It's a confidential document so I can't send it for someone else to try. Sorry. Will welcome any suggestions.

Helllo Xbigjohn,
Have you happened to have the same problem when printing any other document? The document will greatly help to find the problem.

Have had no problems printing other documents, but they were all single page. Will attempt to get permission to send the offending document. Is there not some way I can send it in sort of a secure mode, so that it is not available for the world to read? Seems that I saw this once but can't put my finger on it now.
Thanks--jrw
