current view print doesn't work right

I'm using Foxit Reader 2.2. When I try to print the current view of a particular pdf, it pops up a different place on the sheet.

When I zoom in on the fixture schedule on the first one or the switches on the 2nd (or zoom in anywhere for that matter) then when I try to print that view, it doesn't come close to printing what I am viewing.

Is this a bug or setting adjustment??
