Unicode Support filenames???

Hi,

is there any way to improve the problem with foxit reader and unicode filename support?
At the moment I can either open a german named file or a chinese one :1_05:

It is very unconvinient to change the windows language for none unicode supporting programs...

winXP, foxit 2.2.2129

Ok i made two file for testing!!!

I put them in a zip-file attached to my post.

I can only open one of them, depending no my windows setting for programs which doesn't support unicode. (When you rename it to filenames which only consists of standart characters it is not problem to open them)

Please try and tell me about your experience....
