It's a bug of foxit reader?

Hi,I download and installed the newest foxit reader version 2.2;
but when i open these pdf files of BeiJin newspaper,
like: http://newepaper.bjd.com.cn:81/bjrb/page/1/2008-04/16/01/2008041601_pdf.pdf
http://newepaper.bjd.com.cn:81/bjrb/page/1/2008-04/16/03/2008041603_pdf.pdf
and so on,the reader can't display the right word. But it's right when i uses Adobe's reader.
Can you tell me how can i do?thanks!
