Foxit Reader Pro and Foxit Creator

Having licensed Foxit Reader Pro, I understand that the Annotation feature works without evaluation marks. Does this allow me to use Foxit PDF Creator to convert any printable documents to PDF files without evaluation marks?

Also, the Foxit PDF Creator installation informs me that it is beta and includes evaluation marks -- is that also true for the licensed version?

Foxit Reader Pro and Foxit Creator has separate lincese. This page http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/addons.htm introduces all the features included in the Reader Pro. Tks.
