format error : not a PDF or corrupted

i use foxit reader, but it can't open specific pdf files.
it printed " format error : not a PDF of corrupted ".

however, i think this files don't corrupted or error files because acrobat reader can open it.

why do not foxit reader software open this files?

I had similar problems. But the file was damaged. I tried a utility called Advanced PDF Repair to repair my PDF file. Then it can be opened in both softwares. Its web address is http://www.datanumen.com/apdfr/ Just post to see if it helps.
