According to the Foxit reader 2.2 user manual, page 44, one can save a copy of a PDF with form field entries by doing one of the following:
-Choose File > Save
-Choose File > Save As… > enter the filename and location > Choose Document and Annotations in Save What field > click Save.
Unfortunately this does not work on my computer. The PDF I´m talking about is available unter the following link:

All the time I´m trying to save this PDF it is only saved without the form field entries. Printing the PDF with the form field entries works just fine.
I´m using Foxit Reader 2.2, build 2129 with windows XP, SP2.
