can't update jbig2/jpeg2000 decoding file

If I want to update fxdecod1.dll file (for jbig2/jpeg2000 images) with foxit updater to version 2.0.2008.415 , it says that it can't update it, because old fxdecod1.dll is still in use.

But I didn't use that file in that moment,because no pdf is open in foxitreader. I think foxitreader has locked that file, so it can't update it.
I closed foxitreader and opened it again - same problem.

Workaround for everyone with same problem:
- close foxitreader
- delete old fxdecod1.dll
- open foxitreader again and start update

I want to add that it doesn't always happen.

It worked fine as I downloaded and installed new v2.3 and jbig2/jpeg2000 plugin together.
Installation failed as I first downloaded V2.3 of foxitreader, restartet it and then installed update of jbig2/jpeg2000 plugin.
