2.3: only white pages in big PDF

Hi,

love the new version, especially the bookmarks, but...

I tested it with some files and all worked fine until I pulled out a moderately sized PDF (90 MB, 360 pages). Every page is just blank, that is, displaying as a white page. Switching to text viewer shows the text. PDF works fine with Adobe Reader 8.1 and Foxit 2.0. OS is Windows XP SP 2. PDF Version is 1.4
