Hi there

we are delighted about the fact that foxitreader 2.3 is now able to print .pdf files via the command line! Many thanks to foxit for this update!

unfortunatly the command line printing function ignores any of the "print handling" options. In other words: "Page Scaling", "Auto Center", "Auto Rotate" options .. are always used as default values. Since we need printing our .pdf documents as actual size (100%) and without "auto center" we desperatly like to disable/set this options before printing with the command line /t.

Question: Is there any chance to set this print handling options via the command line, .ini settings or any other directive before printing?

any hint is highly appreciated!

Hello Wolfo,

There is no way to set the handling options via the current reader command line.

I will forwarded this as suggestion to our developer.

hello christina

we basicly would be already satisfied, if printing via "command line"
respects the last "print handling" options/settings made by the user.

Is there a reason why the "command line printing" is not using the same settings as the gui?

Hello wolfo,

The settings for command line and gui printing are separated out, and don't interact with each other.
