I was just about to report a bug in version 2.2 when I saw that 2.3 had arrived. My problem has already been fixed.
On screen all was fine. The printed version was garbage - every character had been shifted up by one.
So, for example, 'page 78' is printed as 'qbhf 89'
All 5 documents I'd received from the same source were consistently wrong - it looked like a font problem which Acroread could cope with.
