I'm so glad that the features that I requested for were included in the new version... It makes me so happy... :1_18: Thanks a lot... I have a few suggestions if I may be permitted which are not so urgent but will greatly improve the accessibility of the program:
Rolling your mouse should move the tabs (like that in firefox) or at least display more row so that we can have a look at all the opened documents...
Saving the state of the opened documents (again like firefox) - I am sure, if people are using multiple tabs they tend to keep them open for a long time. This feature will be a really invaluable one for people who read a lot of documents.
Middle click on an tab should close it
Provide an option to create custom highlighters that is, with two or three buttons we can choose which color to be used while highlighting the text. This will be the best one for students I guess. For instance, I consider light yellow for points worth reading again, light blue for points that are interesting, light red for errors in the document etc... We can change the color even now by right clicking but still the buttons option will be of great help...
Ability to write notes besides a document. The reader has a notes tool but this tool won't allow printing the text on multiple pages. Just like the bookmark pane on the left, if there's a notes pane on the right that allows us to take simple notes and save it along with the document or export it, thats a perfect addition.
Option to print only custom bookmarked pages - For example, if I bookmark 2, 5 and 8 pages of a document, an option to print just those would be great..
Highlighted text is not being treated as Annotated text. So when printing the document with the option "Annotations", the highlighted text is not getting printed but only the yellow markup is getting printed. It is the same with even the Note tool. Things get printed as images and the text is not being printed.
I apologize for two things though: 1. For suggesting so many things. I'm sure these are only minor additions but they'll help a lot of students like me. 2. If I requested for a feature that is already present.
