How to open the pdf file on th ftp server

i tried this, but failed:
string filename = @"ftp://userid:password@ftphomepath/file.pdf";
axFoxitReaderSDK1.openfile(filename, "");

And i'm sure the file path is correct.
Does the Foxit SDK ActiveX 2.0 not support ??

Currently, Foxit SDK ActiveX 2.0 does not support open a pdf file on the ftp server. If you are interested in this function, we will customize the ActiveX for you. To customise ActiveX, please contact sales@foxitsoftware.com.
