cannot open hyperlinked pictures in PDF document

i have been using Acrobat for a while now, but with its inherent problems, which are especailly visible in a Terminal Server environment (it still running even through you close it down) i have shifted to install foxit reader on the all the TS servers. we send out large numbers of PDF documents which have pictoral links, which worked fine in Adobe, but now having moved across to foxit, dont work. i dont even get the URL appear. i have looked through the forum and seen about checking the option for 'Creating links from URLs' but this still make no difference.

i can do that, but i dont know whether you will be able to go anywhere as it is linked to our internal online systems, but you should be able to see whether it is possible to click on the links. they are the little photo icons on the right hand side.
