Is there any way of reducing pages in a PDF printer manual, such that I can print two pages side by side in landscape?

Yes, you can do this. Click File>Print. In the Print screen change the "Page Arrange" to "Multiple Pages Per Sheet". Then you can play around with the "Page Rotate", "Page Order", and "Pages Per Sheet". Let us know if you have any more questions.
